10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE (AND OUR AFFILIATES, PARTNERS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS) SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

Indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED $100 USD OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US (IF ANY) IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

Redis Cloud: For secure token storage.
OpenRouter: For AI model access.

These third parties have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their actions or content.
